** 1/3 cup honey
** 1/4 cup tomato paste
** 1/4 cup molasses
** 3 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

** 1/2 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
** 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
** 1/2 teaspoon salt

Blend all the dry ingredients first. This will ensure all the spices are evenly distributed. Then mix just the wet ingredients together in a separate bowl. Add all the ingredients together and stir thoroughly with a spatula.
Place all ingredients in a saucepan and allow mixture to begin to gently bubble, using medium heat. Reduce heat to low and allow sauce to simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring regularly to avoid scorching.
